Delivery takes between 5 and 7 working days from the day you place your order. If for any reason, your order has not arrived after 7 working days, please send an email to deliveries@bruceblinds.com including your order number, or alternatively use our Track Order form. Bruce Blinds will then investigate the delay and update you accordingly. Bruce Blinds use various trusted couriers within the UK.
Shipping is fixed at £4.99 per order (not per blind) and our blinds can be shipped anywhere in the UK. We ship all orders via private courier to ensure a speedy and safe delivery.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday Only. We currently do not offer weekend delivery.
Your order does not have to be shipped to your billing address, and can be delivered to an alternative address such as your business premises or a relative/neighbour. Simply specify the delivery address during checkout. All orders must be signed for at the delivery address.
If our couriers are unable to deliver your blinds on the first attempt, a card will be posted to inform you of the attempted delivery. You may call the courier to arrange a more suitable delivery time. If you do not call, the courier will attempt to deliver the order two more times before returning the order to us.
