Our Products:

The blinds we sell are made according to the dimensions you provide. Please understand that it is your own responsibility to take the correct measurements of your window. You do not have to deduct from your measurements to make sure our products will fit perfectly into your windows. We cannot accept returns and/or make refunds if you have given us wrong measurements. We will not be able to resell those products and therefore we will not be able to refund the money. If you decide to buy from our website and the swatch has been presented to you online you agree that there might be a color difference between the online swatch and real product. The swatch images on the product page are for illustration purposes only. We try to provide the high quality pictures of our swatches and we do not make any refunds based on color difference. |

Delivery:

We specify the delivery times of all our blinds on our Delivery page. Please note that if we specify 7 days it means 7 working days from the moment payment reaches our bank account (within 24 hours).
Most of our blinds are made to measure and we would need time to make them and deliver and so we would ask for your patience. The specified delivery terms do not apply during busy times of the year like: Bank Holidays and Christmas. There is also the out of stock situation when wooden slats or fabrics are out of stock. As per our manufacturer's terms and conditions cancellations are not possible because headrails are made whilst waiting for delivery of fabrics. Once all the parts are in stock your blinds will be treated as urgent.
You must agree not to buy made to measure blinds from us and try to return these products or cancel the order after seven days according to the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs) as our made to measure blinds are excluded under Distance Selling Regulations Act.

Please note that real wood products, being 100% natural products are subject to colour variation according to the timber that is used in manufacturing the blinds. Also we do not recommend these products to be used on spaces of humidity or moisture like bathrooms.

Redelivery charge: In the case the carrier has tried to deliver and the customer wasn't in and the carrier has left a card or a message on the phone and the customer has not contacted the carrier in order to arrange a convenient time for delivery we will apply a (8-10 pounds) redelivery charge.

Your credit card details will be taken on our behalf by our payment processor Protx. Protx is a secure credit/debit card processor.
